$250 is our base price to prepare an individual tax return. However, there are some instances on why your tax preparation costs may increase:
- The fees listed above are your tax preparation fees, if you pay for your tax prep fees upfront!
- If you choose to have your tax preparation fees taken out of your tax refund, there are banking fees of $91 in addition to your tax prep fees above!
- If you obtain a cash advance, there are additional bank charges, in addition to both of the above listed fees and depend on the approval amount!
Please note: cash advances and the approval amounts are solely based on the approval from the bank, not the tax preparer!
- If you are a self-employed individual or business owner and don’t have your receipts/business income in order, there will be a book-keeping charge and/or reconstruction of records fee added to your tax prep fees, if our company has to help assist with the process!
